  1.    "How to Make A Power Point" Assessment (Peer  informal and formal)
           Each student will present their Power Point in groups of three.  They will fill out and discuss the Peer Assistance Sheet.  They will also fill out the Power Point Rubric.  The assistance sheets will be given to the students.  The rubric will be turned in to the instructor for a grade.

2.    "Web Search Webliography" Assessment  (Teacher formal)
           The "Webliography"  will be e-mailed to the instructor, as a Microsoft Word Document.  It must include three sites the student believes to be educationally appropriate and three site the student feels are not educationally valid.  All sites must be given according to APA style, and then must include two or three sentences about the legitimacy of the sites.  This is a pass/fail assignment.  The grade assigned will be an "A" or an "F."

3.     "Philosophy of Education" Assessment (Teacher, peer, formal)
            The Philosophy of Education is assessed in two different forms.  Since it is done as a paper and a power point, they will both be assessed.  The paper will be graded based on the Philosophy of Education Rubric .  The power point will be assessed in small groups and then by the instructor, using the Philosophy Power Point Rubric .
4.    "Examination"  (Teacher formal)
            At the conclusion of the unit an exam will be given.  The Educational Philosophy Exam is an example of the exam that can be given.  Each time the unit is used the exam should be modified,
