1. Allow students to get into groups of two.
2. Hand out the Speaking Proficiency Worksheet.
3. Inform the students that they will, in groups of two, figure the answers
to the questions using the appropriate tense, either the preterite or the
imperfect.
4. They will both memorize the answers to the questions that they come up
with.
5. In the second class period, the students will come up in pairs. One will
ask the questions and the other will answer only five of the questions. Then
they will trade off and the other person will ask and the opposing student
will answer.
